Then, (following acquisition of RCI by PSINet Inc.), General Manager, PSINet Communications, Africa.
Then, General Manager of CalvaPro SARL, Paris, (marketing VS at telecommunications systems in sub-Saharan Africa). From 1990-2005, 6 months per year travelling and doing business throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
